Joanna Castle Miller is a dramatic writer, composer, lyricist, and journalist.

She is an arts and culture correspondent for We Love DC, a human rights blogger at TheMarginalized.com, and a managing editor of online content for law firms.
Joanna loves hanging out with people more interesting than herself. That’s why she’s a member of Dramatists Guild, The Playwright’s Forum, Arlington Writers Group, and River House Writers Group.
Joanna grew up in Memphis, where the Big Apple bit her at a young age. She bit back by studying musical theater at NYU Tisch’s CAP21 studio then concentrating in dramatic writing and journalism at NYU’s Gallatin School.
When she’s not writing, Joanna enjoys spending time with the beach, long walks on her friends, and whiskey.
She and her husband live in Arlington, VA, with their dog Henry.
